At ITCreate we have several standard payment terms. Payment terms depend on the size and complexity of projects. Your payment terms will be defined by ITCreate’s Sales Manager and Accounting Department and of course agreed with you before you will be offered to sign a contract with ITCreate.

• For projects that cost less than 500 (no matter whether it is GBP, EUR or USD) we required a 100% deposit.

• For projects that cost less than 1000 we require a 30% deposit. Remaining 70% is paid on project completion. Sometimes depending on the amount of time required to complete the project we will offer you to split the remaining 70% in 2 equal payments.

• For projects that cost less than 2,500 we require a 35% deposit. 35% is paid on reaching the Beta status and the remaining 30% is paid on project completion.

• For projects that cost more than 2,500 (no matter whether it is GBP, EUR or USD) we will discuss custom payment terms with you.
